She came to me with most of her face ripped off. It was a horrible site. So I fed her seperatly and she healed up. With a pure white spot where the wound was the worst. She would take peanuts from my hand and only bite me once. That was by accident.  She also brought a baby once. That was really cool. Carried it in her mouth and set it down beside me while she ate some peanuts. Then when she was done, picked him up and carried him away. The baby curled tight into a ball when she carried him. She tried to get in several times. But I always shooed her away. Sadly she just stopped coming by after about a year and 1/2. Probably a victum of the road. I have never gotten close to a squirrel again.  |
